Aluminum Collapsible Tubes

The manufacturing unit is well-equipped with state of art fully automatic German machines with four color printing, lacquering, latex lining and auto capping facility.

The company has in house facilities for tool room and in house graphics design department.

The installed capacity of manufacturing is 200 millions tubes per annum with size ranging from 10mm dia to 38mm dia tubes.

We have exclusive manufacturing facility for Regulatory pharma products (DMF).

Multilayer Laminated Tubes

The pride of Girnar Group, our new multilayer lami tube plant has adopted pharmaceutical standards across the whole of its production and meets international regularly requirements.

The facility is well equipped with most modern printing technology (8 color printing + 2 foil colors) and tube making with Swiss technology machines. We offer wide range of caps and different kinds of laminate structures. Our manufacturing range starts from 12.5 mm dia up to 50mm dia with variety of orifices and suitable lengths

The installed capacity of tube is 100 million per annum

We have full-fledged testing facility with latest equipments in our QC department.

We have created class 1 lac clean room for packing and storage of tubes for all our manufacturing facility.
